Local Speed Dials on Cisco SPA Phones...

From the following link, I have discovered a feature of the Cisco SPA phones called Local Speed Dials:

Using this feature, one can publish 99 system wide speed dials to the SPA's and I would like to leverage this capability, if possible.

Has anyone here done this?
