Hi everyone, we have an on premises installation of 3CX on a linux server. We recently upgraded to v20 and I'm unable to locate the admin panel for the system. It used to be `INTERNAL IP`:5001. 3CX now gives the message 3CX Version 20 requires a secure connection to use the Web Client. You are not using an FQDN or HTTPS to connect to 3CX.
Fine, we have an external url that we can use. "****.ca.3cx.us:5001/" But when I log in with a username and password, it takes me to the user panel of that user instead of the admin panel. Can anyone share where to access to the admin panel?

I do have the same problem. I was keeping things sepparate before the upgrade, which always good practice ... anyway ...
No how can I make one of the users admin, so I will be able to administer the 3cx server?

You had to have a system owner to upgrade or it blocks you. They added a warning/banner last summer sometime.

See John’s post higher in this thread about looking at a backup to find out which ext.

Issue is not the system owner. Issue is that there's a bug in the application.
I log in with a system owner. Sometimes it displays the admin button and sometimes not.

Correct. After some closing of the browser and/or rebooting, it re-appeared ... whisky tango foxtrot ...
