Location of Scheduled Reports

Anybody know what the location of Scheduled Reports. have taken a screenshot of area that is on the web interface but need to know the file location of where these are stored.

On a Linux machine: /var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Http/Reports

On a Windows machine: C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Http\Reports

I have looked in this location but I'm only able to see reports that have been generated which is not the file that I am looking for as I am trying to find the file that schedules the report to run not the report that is generated from this file. Hope that makes sense.

Hi @George Openda,

That info would be stored in the Database and wouldn't be accessible to change. I can't advise that you do that. What is the desired outcome here? Maybe I can help you with another way?

Hi @VasilisV_3CX

The outcome is that we have an older one a separate VM that has the reports all ready setup on but we are unable to restore a backup as changes have been made since and it is only these that are missing so trying to grab the reports that were created from the old system and move them to the new one.

Hi @George Openda,

I understand your predicament I'm afraid that this won't be possible. I'd suggest recreating the reports as you require them.
