location on transcriptions by google api

we are using a V20 u4 pro license and following the instructions in https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/google-speech-api-v2/ we set up a connection to a google bucket and as per screen shots attached, "appears" to be generating files in the bucket for transcription , but we don't see the transcriptions in the recording area (2nd screenshot ) i have not detected any errors in the log file,

Can i ask the community first if i am missing something obvious /doing something wrong , before i go and pay for a ticket to help resolve it

Please check that you have followed that document to the letter, because if a role for example is not selected it will not be recognised.

A quick way to check is by going into your department(s) and see what settings you have for the trnscription



In my case here, you can see that there is no option to select, and it is off. This is because my transcription is not activated.

In this one however, it is and allows me to select at a department level what I need transcribed.



You can then go and individually go and customise the setting for each queue, user etc

Hello Nicholas thanks for the quick response , from the attached screenshots i believe i have the right boxes ticked. , when i said there were no errors that was referring the log on the 3cx dashboard, but is there any other place where their might be more detailed logs that i can check in 3cx to make sure Google is doing its part correctly,
