Lock screen and 3cx phone interfering with each other.

I have an odd problem.

I am running V20 update 6 and have recently experienced a problem with one PC using the Windows Softphone.

When the machine first starts everything is normal. The use signs in, and everything work. However, after a period of inactivity, Windows turns the screen ofd and the user has to unlock the screen to get back in.

However, when they do this, the first call they receive, they can not hear the other party. If they hang up and call them back everything works fine and all subsequent calls they receive also work perfectly.

The loss of sound is only for the first call after they remove the screen lock.

Has anyone else experienced this?

What version of the Windows Softphone are you using? Can you also try if you can reproduce on the “3CX Beta” app found on MS Store? Thanks

I am using 5.1 (build 895) also identified as 20.0.895.0.

Yes, happy to delete and re-download from the MS store...

Will advise.
