Lockdown message for Schools on 3CX Handsets

Is there any way we can send out an emergency lockdown message/alarm through our 3CX handsets?
Preferably, a choice from the Option menu on each handset that, when chosen, sends out an emergency lockdown message or alarm to all other handsets.

This is for version 20 on 3CX

You can archive this with an CFA and paging groups.

How do I create a Paging Group on version 20 of 3CX as there is no clear option to just go ahead and create a paging group.

Just create a ringgroup and set it as paginggroup.

Never mind I have created it into a paging group now.

How do I make it so when I put in the dial code for the Paging group it sends out a custom message?

No, you can talk to all the members in the paginggroup over the phone speakers. If you like to send some automatic message, you need to build that with CFA.
