Locked out after v20 Update

Ok, so I've updated to v20. Didn't make a System Owner when I was in v18. So I unistalled v20 and tried to go back to v18, create a System Owner and go back.

Problem now is as soon as you install v20, 3CX updates your account to v20 and you can no longer use you key on v18.

I've read every forum post on the subject, I didn't do this step so I can't dig through the xml to find a System Owner.

Is there no back door or work around?

If there is one, it should be addressed quickly! It would be contrary to the principles of "security."

Open your XML file and search for the word "owner."

I hope you find an owner whose password you know, or who has a unique email address so you can reset the password.

I found an owner, I certainly didn't make that person the owner. But I'm in, I'll take it as a win, thank you.
