Locked out my 3CX admin console V20

Hi

I am currently locked out of one of my clients phone system. i was logged in the other day with the extension which had full admin access, i went to reset the password on the account, it then kicked me out and i never received the password reset email? i am now locked out.

I have read other forum posts that you won't receive the password reset email if your email is setup on more than one extension. i however have only this address on one of the extensions, yet still not receiving the email.

Any help\advice would be greatly appreciated

If you have console access to the 3CX installation, you can modify an existing backup, e.g. change the email address of the system owner, change the SMTP server or even assign a new password.
