Locked SMS

We are using outbound SMS messaging. When a user (not a queue) forgets to archive the mobile number is locked and no one else can send a SMS to the number.

I found this setting which is supposed to archive these after one day? It doesn't seem to work. Any hints?

Hi @beurle,

This option is for active queue chats specifically. If the user had an SMS directly, they'll need to SMS back then archive the chat I'm afraid.
