Hi All,

I have a query regarding 3cx logs. My 3cx is installed on the E: drive but I have backup of log data stored on the C: drive in Local Disk C -> PraogramData -> 3cx -> Data -> Logs -> Backup

Why would it be saving here and not on the E: drive where 3cx is installed? Is there a way to change this? Also, can I delete the logs from C without causing any issue?

no, you can not change it as we req. the APPDATA folder and this is commonly located in C: in windows installs.

Hi Stefan,

Thanks a lot. Can I delete the backups without affecting the system stability in any way? Will I still be able to access older activity logs from 3cx if the backups are deleted?

yes you can delete them, thats safe as the system does not read them anymore and are just for support cases which may stretch over a period of time.

Hi Stefan,

Thanks alot for the response again. One last question. If I delete them. Can I go back 1 week from now and still find these logs somewhere or are they gone forever if I delete them?

gone once deleted
