When export the report to Excel or word always only shoy time and date of the call.
The Source Destination Status Ringing Talking Cost REC are always blank.

I'd suggest you upgrade to the latest Service Packs and/or PBX. You might be running an old version, although we haven't made any fixed to reporting for a while now.

I just made a beautiful report with both Excel and Word as the screenshot shows below.
