Logged out of queue but still getting calls

Hi

We are using 3CX Pro 15.5.0.

We have one extension which when logged out of the Queue is still getting the calls.

When he is logged in the calls on his screen show as coming from Queue ABC but when he is logged out the calls still come through but show as coming from Ring Group 123

What could be causing this?

Perhaps look at the method that they have logged themselves out with, your options are:

* Via the Soft-Client.
* In the 3CX PBX console.
* Via Star key.

Check that you do not have them set in the interface still where they could be logging out via the client or star key, I would of thought it should log them out but you never know.

Also do you have a Ring Group 123 on the PBX or a inbound rule with that name? Make sure that that no one is forwarding calls to that ring group if it exists by accident.

We do have a Ring group 123 . What is the easiest way of checking of anyone is forwarding calls to it?

Make a call to the system and follow the call flow. Lets say you are calling number 12345 which should be pointing to destination X. Check if destination X has an y forwarding to other numbers of if an extension that might be a member of destination X has any forwarding to other destinations.
