Logging in and Groups from a Yealink

Hi All,

How can I go in and out of individual queues from a Yealink handset? I know the code and buttons are all in or all out, but I want to do one queue at a time. I don't want to use the app.

You cannot without the use of a CFD.

From the ip phones this is not possible. You will need to use the 3CX Web Client or a CFD.
