Logging into/out of Queues Issue

Hello,

Have a question about queues. So If I am a member of two separate queues, and log myself out of one of them from he desktop app, then when i use the 3CX app login/out of a queue button on either Android or iPhone it doesn't log me out of both of them and then log me back in when presses again.

Then only time it works is if on the desktop app I match what my cell app says in regards to being logged in/out and then press the login/out button does it then show in real-time in the desktop app being logged in/out of both queues.

I would expect that if I am logged into one queue and not the other, that when I tap the button on the cell app that it logs me out of the one I am in then tapping it again, logs me back into both as per what the app tells me is about to happen. That does not happen. Is this a known bug or have I missed something?

The behavior that you experience is expected.
When you explicit logout of a Call Queue, in order to login back, you will have to explicit login to the Call Queue.

By pressing the Global login/logout option from the Apps, you will be logged out from the Call Queues that you are logged in and login to the Call Queues that you are not explicit logout from.

Ah, so your explanation makes sense. Is there any expectation that being able to choose the queues you are a member of and select which ones(s) you login/out of is going to be added to the cell apps any time soon, if at all?

The mentioned functionality is not something that we have information on currently I'm afraid.
