Logging into queues

Hello all!

Currently we have agents that can work in one department and the next day work in another department. Each department has their own queue. Is there a way that the agents can log into the specific queue that they are working in that day? Right now I have to remove them from the the queue that they are not working in that day so they are not logged into both queues.

Using the webclient, they can login/out of specific queues. Panel -> change view to specific queue, click the "logged in hyperlink" to log themselves in/out

As a queue manager, you can do the same thing.
