Logging of who accesses voicemail

We have multiple users who access the same company voicemail boxes. Some do it from remote locations and may do it from multiple mobile devices.

Is there who has listened to voicemails?

Ideally, I'd like log entries that show date, time, and user and which voicemails they listened to.

I'm pretty sure this is not a 3CX feature at this time.

You may want to take a look at our 3CX Voicemail Manager. We manage who can access voicemails and log any user activity (listen, download, and optional delete).

We use the Voiptools On call manager, but I believe that is a different package.

Then you already have access to Voicemail Manager. Contact VoIPTools support and they will get it setup for you.
