Login 3CX impossible! Shipping without Captain!

Hello!

Can not control 3CX anymore. No login possible from any device i have.




"Disconnected". Connection will be reestablished.

I did V20 update a while ago and problems began after a first restart of the server.

is this ip blacklist? but how can i handle it when i cant login? this is for days now.

this goes to nginx, which redirects to 192.168.xxx.xxx:5000

But these questions helped me now! I just could login from local network with 192.168.xxx.xxx:5000

There are no IPs blocked currently and my fix ip adress is explicitly whitelisted

Your 3CX is on the same LAN you're on?

you ping FQDN and it resolves to local IP of PBX?

I can switch Networks. I can be on the same LAN and i can be outside. Both variants don´t work.

i can ping FQDN from outside. It goes to an IP and NGINX behind this IP resolves to IP and PORT of PBX.


I have second problem: The mobile phones i have in 3CX which work on the APP. Also cannot connect any more. !!!!

Please read the questions you got... Did the fqdn internaly resolve to your internal ip of your pbx?

@haimfl00 if you haven't set it up yet, split DNS or reflection/hairpin NAT is required for an on premises install so the certificate matches the hostname used.
