Solved Login information correct even though Im using the creds in email

I have been trying out 3cx on a self hosted local solution for a few days now. Today I tried logging in and received incorrect login. I used my phone to send the creds to my email. Its exactly what it should be but kept telling me it was incorrect. Now my IP is blocked. Same issue with logging in using my phone using LTE. Anyways to reset it?

Hi @mkono87,

If you use your mobile phone without being on the Wifi, you should be given 3 more attempts to log in. You can then clear the blacklist from within the Security section of the Management Console.

Using LTE, can you check which public IP the FQDN resolves to when connecting to it? Ensure that it is in fact the correct machine that you're connecting to.

Can you clarify what you mean when you said:

I used my phone to send the creds to my email.

If you are still unable to log in, but you have SSH access, you can follow the guide here and create a backup which will include your password: https://www.3cx.com/docs/backup-restore-command-line/

The management console has a different username and doesnt let me use my extention even though im admin. So that tripped me up a bit but im in now.
