Can't log into Linux 3cx web console. All services are running.
Might be related to 'Renewal for SSl Certificate failed'
Anything that I've found suggests starting stopped services, but it appears that all of our 3cx are running. It has been rebooted too. Still no login.
The phone system continues to work normally.

Is it an on premise PBX or cloud?
Have you set some restrictions about IP granted to access console?
did you test always from same location , so if IP is blacklisted as too many failed tries, you need to test from elsewhere or with a 4G device to use another Public IP.

In most cases it means that the Management Console service is not running. It has also been observed that low memory can cause that so make sure you have sufficient memory/disk space available. You should consider creating a swap partition if you are low on memory.

It's a local linux installation. It has lots of disk space and has free memory. I have tried login in from different locations with the same result.
Even before the 'server error' message, the login process takes way too long - it takes longer for the login screen to appear with the 'loading' bar showing and then sits for a long time after entering credentials before finally giving the server error message.
The management console process is running.

Hi Scott,

If you reach the management console login screen correctly but you get "server error" then something is definitely not running as it should.

If you run 3CXStartServices via terminal do you get any output?

Hi John,
I get no output when I run 3CXStartServices. I've attached what I get when I do a ps -ef | grep 3cx
