Logitech headset call pickup button

Hello,

We are currently using Logitech Dual H820E USB headset which has a button for picking up and ending calls.
This seems to work perfectly in Teams or Lync but not with the 3CX App.
Is there a way to make the headset button work with 3CX app?

Hi,

Officially we support only Sennheiser integration (with additional support for Plantronics and Jabra when using the webclient).
