I am having an issue and everyone is my office seems to be unsure as well. We have a client with a complex phone server. Only one shared mailbox has this issue. The users thought they were just getting a few voicemails that were blank, the recording was there but there was no voice. When they listened linger sometimes the voicemail would start after 10 seconds, sometimes 30, sometimes almost a minute. Then the voicemail would start as usual.
I am unsure where to even start with this one. Does anyone have any ideas?
