Look and feel 3CX Softclient

Hallo Leute
Unsere Kunden sind mit dem "altertümlichen look and feel" des nativen 3CX Softclient nicht happy. Besteht da keine Möglichkeit, dass die Software etwas aufgepeppt wird? Auch währe es cool wenn man die Fenstergrösse des Client individuell anpassen könnte.

Den WEB-Client finden wir tipptopp aber er kann doch noch einiges nicht was der Softclient kann. Bis es soweit ist dauert es sicher noch seine Zeit.

Hi, you can try posting in the German forum https://www.3cx.de/forum/ or if you can post in English here?

Anyway, the desktop client has 3 themes to choose from and you can also add a logo. As for any improvements.. I'm not sure how likely that is as the main focus/push is for users to use the Web Client. You could try using one of the other views like receptionlist on the desktop app.

Thanks for your feedback. I am familiar with the above mentioned possibilities and as mentioned we like the WEB-Client. Nevertheless there are some features which are not available with the WEB-Client. "Hotkeys for "Dial from PC" (mark, dial), toggle between two calls....
What about the Mobile App? Will the "look and feel" be adapted there in the future?

You should give the Google Chrome extension a try. You can use hotkeys from that.
