Looking for an SMS solution for New Zealand / Australia

hi, I want to be able to send and receive texts with our customers in New Zealand and Australia ( without using USA numbers because then customers have to pay international text charges )

I can't use Twilio because it requires me to have an Australian address and it's not supported in NZ.

Ideas?

I have used this in the past - https://burstsms.co.nz/pricing sms to text etc and you can reply. I use enchant.com as our ticketing system so I really wanted to use twilio as it's integrated. Burst sms is fine for sms to text back and forth.
