Looking for SIP Trunk provider who can deal with a lot of unused DID numbers

Hello,
I am in search of a SIP Trunk provider to partner with on four of our sites in the US where I am implementing 3CX. One of the sites is a bit unusual, in that it has 600+ DID's that need to be ported, but only ~200 are used on an ongoing basis. Some providers charge $10 just to port a single DID!! And then a buck a month seems to be typical to maintain a DID. Not too bad, but I am looking for a provided who has the flexibility to take me on a a customer and make the pricing reasonable.

If you have a favorite provider that you think would be a good fit, I would appreciate hearing about them.
