Lost admin login

Hello, I have recently updated from v18 to v20 and restored my v18 backup on v20 after the restore i could not access as admin or user. tried reseting password but getting no mail. HELP MEE!!!

Hello,

Were the steps to create a system owner with a unique email address followed correctly?

On v20 you would login with the system owners extension number + password, not the username "admin".

After a fresh installation of the v20 system, I logged in using the admin email and password that were provided during the initial setup. I then created a few users. After that, I performed the restore.

Try the passwords that were in v18. If the steps for migration were not followed as per the guide, it might not be easy to regain access. Please send me a direct message with the email of the system owner account to check if that is blocked for any reason.
