Hi all,
Does someone has meet this problem?
We have a 3CX IPBX Enterprise 64SC with about 180 extensions.
Everything was working fine but we need to register logs in verbose mode to look after some lacks in our coms.

We had to reboot the server and after that all our personalized voice mail messages were replace by a beep tone. When looking in ProgramData\3CX\Data\Ivr\Voicemail\Data\extension_numbers\, We can see all the original voice.wav created by users?

How to solved as a new reboot this weelk-end doesn't change nothing?

Thanks
Lionel

Have not had this happen to us on v11.
You do not mention what version and SP you are on.

Also, changing to verbose logging only requires a restart of the services, (AlthoughI recall something recently that v11 may not require this restart for verbose logging, I might be wrong).

In v11 - I have savevmgreeting.wav and self_id_prompt.wav

Before making a config change, did you do a backup?

Hi craigreilly,
Thanks for your answers.
We haven't upgrade to V11 currently. Still on V10 with latest SP6.
You are right about restart only services from Management interface.
But services doesn't restart properly. so I have restarted server instead restart manually all services from Windows services panel.
I haven't done any backup especially for this event as I have never had this problem before and use 3CX IPBX since V3.1.

In V10, I have
savevmgreeting.wav => as the user has personalized its VM message
self_id_prompt.wav => when user has set its name for the extension

I may have to directly open a ticket to support, as it seems to be non frequent issue.
