I've just migrated from on-prem to the cloud and the screen refreshed before I had recorded the 00 and admin passwords.

Can I perform another restore from backup? The portal only has the options to start & stop.

What can I do?

Hello @Dercni,

in regards to the admin credentials, you can recover them by attempting to login with the correct username (default is 'admin') and a random password on the Management Console screen (https://<fqdn>/#/login) until the 'Forgot password' option appears. Clicking that option sends the information to the admin email address. Once you have access to the management console, you can send a welcoming email to receive the Web Client login information.
Now in regards to reinstalling the instance using a backup, you can do so by first selecting the 'STOP' option, wait a bit for the hosted instance to be stopped. Once stopped, click 'Install' and use the backup to restore when prompted.

Thanks for the advice, I have removed WebClient and I now get a different login screen, thanks.

As soon as I try to login using the wrong admin creds on my first attempt I get:
"Login access denied. Too many incorrect login attempts. Try later or contact the Administrator."

How long do I need to wait?

Has your issue been resolved now? Are you now able to log in to your startup webclient, please?

The issue has been clarified and resolved over PM.

To clarify, with StartUP instances, there is no access to the management console, just the webclient.
This is different than self managed or even 3CX Hosted instances.

Management of your StartUP instance is done through the Admin section of your webclient (only available to manager extensions).
