So, I made the move from 3CX hosted to private cloud hosting. As part of the process I released the FQDN and IP address in the 3CX subscription manager, and restored the backed up copy to my new install.

I don't see a way to update the license in the subscription manager to the new IP, and I really need to put the FQDN back in. ( I probably should not have released it in the first place.)

Any advice on how I can update the subscription manager with the new IP address and get the FQDN back in?

Hi, what are your trying to accomplish here exactly ? Does your FQDN works when your trying to use it in the browser ?

Also, as i can see, your instance with FQDN xxxxxxwy.3cx.us is hosted by 3CX. Are you referring to this FQDN ?

Mark as resolved. I reinstalled and it picked up the details as needed. Thank you.
