The old person set up the 3cx system, then left and did not hand over the account login information to me. Now I can still access the 3CX Management console, but cannot access the account in login.3cx.com.

Too bad I don't have any suggestions or evidence about the nickname you mentioned. Where can I see the login account information on login.3cx.com in the 3CX Management console? I tried searching but are not suitable?

You ca check the license information on the management console. There you will find the email address.
