Hi there, it's been a while since I logged into the cloud 3CX system and I've got myself locked out due to incorrect password. Crazy as I have the password record... Anyway, I do not have a backup of the system and really do need to login. Is there any way via any backdoor etc. that I can reset the password? I'd rather do this than have to create an installation for a whole new system. Any advice very much welcome.

Regards, Graham

After a number of failures you should have the option to reset the password via email.

Not seen that yet - just get the message "Login access denied. Too many incorrect login attempts. Try later or contact the Administrator. " - Thanks for your reply though, appreciate your time :)

Do you have a backup?

See if you can try logging in from another internet connection. You might have been blacklisted before the password reset option could come up. I remember reading that a forgot password link should show up but I've never had to go that route before.

Big thanks for replying, In the end I gave up and installed a new PBX Express instance and will re-configure from scratch... only a small environment so not much work to do there. Will be super careful with password from now on... cheers, Graham :)
