Loud Ringing Device

Is there such a thing as a device that simply rings loud that I can connect using SIP to 3CX so that it alerts staff when they are away from their desks to a new call? I know traditional PSTN had such devices but does SIP have an equivalent?

Use an ATA with a loud ringing device connected to it in place of a POT.
Add to ring group with other relevant extensions and there you go.
