Not sure if this is a 3CX related problem or a physical problem with the Fanvil i23s intercom.
When place a call to the intercom from the 3CX app on my iphone The speech to the intercom is perfect, but the speech from the intercom doesn't come through to the iphone, but if tap the microphone or rub finger across the microphone can hear that sound coming through fine.
I am running a SBC on a raspberry Pi and that is configured to work with 3CX in the cloud.
Any suggestions as to what could try to resolve this?
