Hello,
We have recently began standing up 3CX for our environment. It has gone mostly fine, but we I have a single sticking point.
At my company, we are across various sites. For each site, I have setup a "Voice" group in 365 to sync those users into 3CX. This group would allow us to keep user organized by location, etc.
The problem I am facing --
With my current imported users, I have two users in two separate 365 Groups (Location 1 Voice, Location 2 Voice) who keep getting dropped from their matching 3CX Department Nightly.
We are not yet in full production with this system yet but I would like to get ahead of this before it becomes a larger issue. The user accounts are present in the groups (through both a Microsoft Graph query and Microsoft GUI lookup in the Admin Center) when they lose their group in 3CX. I manually reassign the users to their department in 3CX, but then it drops again the next morning.
What steps can be taken here to remediate this issue?
