M365 Integration/Permissions Question

What are the minimum M365/Entra permissions required for the 3CX<->M365 integration to function? We're currently synced using a user with Global Admin privileges in M365. We're currently hardening our security, and really only want 3CX to give it the minimum permissions needed for full functionality. Surely we don't need to provide Global Admin privileges in M365. That would be a glaring security hole.

Users shall not have Global Admin proviledges but only user accounts, however for the configuration and connection you will need to connect with the Azure Admin account to authenticate. This is all clarified in the guideline here.
