Solved M365 SSO not working 401 Unauthorized

I have a self hosted V20 3CX. Integration with M365 is working in regards to users being synced. Issue is with SSO when clicking the button it successfully authenticates the user according to Azure but it stays on the login page and has an error of 401 Unauthorized if inspecting the page. I recreated the Azure app, enabled/disabled SSO but no change. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Are you using Edge? Can you try another browser?

have you got any blocking on your firewall or content filtering?

Thank you for the help. Double checking what you asked I realised that the user didn't have the SSO option enabled for his user. Very strange but that is what was causing the issue. Issue has been resolved
