I have a number of phones which were connected to our current provider and they have told me they have removed them from their listing and we should be able to use then but when I try to register them on 3cx it tells me "MAC has been added to other enterprise"

Thanks in advance

What is the model of the phone?

Yealink T48S and some T46S

I cannot see any RPS error in your installation. Also there is one phone that the RPS has been sent correctly.
Now if for other devices you have this error you need to check with the provider to ensure that they are removed from our RPS or vendor RPS.

Thanks TheodorosG_3CX for your reply.

I have tried 2 MAC addresses that the client tells me they have been removed and no luck. I keep seeing the message below.
This is one of the reasons we would like to move away and have greater control over our hardware which we own.

Thanks

This MAC address is listed in Yealink RPS.
You need to contact Yealink to remove it.

When you contact Yealink, you will need the MAC address and the machine id number written on the back of the phone.

Support Yealink here / RPS MAC Removal tool
* A Yealink support account is required.
