Solved mail settings

I have the system setup to email voice messages to people and delete. I can't find where to change the from email and settings?
All the information I found is for older syste4ms and do not exist in the new version - I am Running 18.0 (Build 461)

That is for notifications- i want the setting for when you have the voicemail option to send the message from the voicemail to the customer

As a separate/second From address? I don't recall seeing that in v16, and am not aware of a separate setting in v18.

Are you perhaps referring to the From Display name? If yes you should be able to do this from "Settings >> Email >> Email Templates":


Note: To be able to change this you must not be using the 3CX SMTP in "Settings >> Email".

If you want to change the actual from email then again, you would need to use a custom SMTP.
