Dear helpdesk.
We have an idea about SMS sending function in webclient, mobile app or Desktop app.
Now if we are using 3CX client app and having a call with the caller, we can send SMS to the call partner by manually inputting or copying their telephone number.
The function is available, but not convenient.
Imagine that a call center has deployed 3CX now, operators might need to receive hundreds of calls every day.
What's more, during their calls, sometimes they are required to send some URL or quick guide to the client.
However, they also have to concentrate on the active calls. Manual input or copy might cause human error.
Therefore, a simple way of SMS sending is regarded as a critical factor for our call center clients when choosing PBX.
We really hope that 3CX can make a quick button, to make it easier for call center operators to send SMS to the call partners by 1-click.
