make call from skype gateway to skype user

Hi,
Is there a possiblility to make calls from skype gateway, to standard skype user who is logged on a computer?

I don't see why not, it's a gateway into Skype. Is it not working for you?

but i want to make call to skype by regular phone, and i don't know how to dial (?) a skype login,or if there is a substitute for login to a number...
