Make phone/extension busy

Some of our phone is equipped with multiple extension. They are part of call Q. How to make the phone busy/not to take call or ring from call Q when they are on another extension?

Not sure if I understand your setup.

Are you saying that the phone has multiply extensions assigned - i.e. 101, 102 and 103. Each of these extensions are part of a different queue. Users picks up a queue call, and you want the other queues to stop ringing that phone.

Is this correct, then it is not possible as the system will see phone available for a call vai the queue. The only way is for the end user to log out of the other queues during the call, then log back in which is not really workable.

Why not have one extension, and add that one extension into multiply queues,.

yes, that's how our phone is configure. with 2 extension. The reason is to have 2 outbound caller ID. 1 for their own DID and another for the main number.

Wonder if there is another way to set CID if the phone is only having 1 extension.
