Make US calls

I have a trunk with a US number but I do not know how to set up the outbound call for it to go through. I always get the forbidden by admin error.

Have you talked to your SIP provider? If it's a supported provider it should just work.

It is callcentric. Inbound calls are working just fine. I think the problem is that my home country is Cameroon. So I want to know how to make a foreign call for the US number I have with them

Hello,

You will need to go to Admin->Advanced->Allowed Country Codes and check the countries to which you wish to allow call to be made.

All my countries are allowed. Just found out that the outbound caller ID I set for the user who is to place the call is a Cameroon number. It was someone interfering with making the international call. Because I had no problem calling other local numbers.
