Making X New Missed Calls on phone disappear.

So I reached out to Yealink, as once I configured 3CX Ring groups, I keep getting:
Note: X New Missed Call(s)
On all my handsets.

The answer was:

If you want the phone do not show the missed call when the call is pickuped by others in the group, just let the sever send the CANCEL message with the detail:

Reason: SIP ; cause=200 ; text="Call completed elsewhere"


That means the call is picked up in elsewhere. Thank you.

How do I configure this within 3CX

There was something about that a long while back, but I'm unable to find a post showing that it definitely worked on ring groups or queues.
You might confirm with Wireshark, if the "Call completed elsewhere" cancel message, is indeed being sent. There may also be a particular firmware load required in the set.

It appears that Yealink removed this feature from their config on the W52/56 DECT devices That is why they recommended configuring it at the 3CX end.
