Malformed sip request for BYE

Hi we have this situation, we can do calls without a problem, and everything works fine, but in the case that the external called party hangs up, in 3cx calls keeps connected

We checked the logs and we found that the softswitch sends the bye to 3cx ok and 3cx on the logs shows this
Malformed SIP request received:
BadSip Recv Req BYE from ........

so we hav to hang the call from 3cx directly

Im sending the trace and the log

Is there something you can recommend?

I cannot be sure without looking at the whole exchange of messages but the contact header looks wrong to me. Can you run a capture on the 3CX PBX while replicating the issue and send it to me via p.m.?
