I'm having an issue managing the extension of a user who has admin rights while logged in as extension 100.
I've found multiple posts explaining that an admin cannot manage another admin user, and that only the Global Admin can do so, but I can't find anything explaining how to access the global admin user.
Until now, I've only used extension 100 as the admin, can someone please shed some light on how I can log in as a global admin to each of my sistes.
Is it 1 user across all sites or does each site have its own admin user and, how do I gain access to this global admin account.
