Management console permissions to access auto attendants, queues, and ring groups

I have a manger that needs to have access to adding/removing agents from ring groups.
However, this manager does not need access to the dashboard where they could potentially mess things up by accessing sections like Firewall, Services, Terminal, License info, backups and tons of other settings.
Is there not some way to give them access to things a manager would need to access like extensions, auto attendants, queues, and ring groups without giving them access to things that only an admin should have access to?

I'm afraid it is not possible to manage Ring Groups if not General System Admin rights are given to an extension.

You can change the rights an extension has in the Management Console from Management Console >> Extensions >> Select Ext & edit >> Right tab.
The rights you can give though are limited to the choices shown below.

And specifically for the functions you mentioned(auto attendants, queues, and ring groups), you will need to give the user General System Administration rights.

You can post this however as a feature request in the Ideas part of our Forum here https://www.3cx.com/community/forums/3cx-ideas/ where it can be upvoted by the community and be considered for implementation by the dev team.

Thank you. I've upvoted the linked thread. However, the manager needs access now so I'll have to give them admin rights and pray they don't click the Automatic Updates section on the home screen thinking they'll see a menu or options but instead disable Automatic Updates (just one example of how easily they could screw something up).
