Anyone who encountered this issue on their 3cx Linux Server please advise your resolutions,
Suddenly 2 of my manage 3cx servers management console is not accessible, Even the web client is not working but 3cx Windows app is working.Upon checking all services are running and active, if I call their number it works and redirects to the Que, This happens only when updating to ver 939, so I tried restoring to 935 but another issue recure SSL and licensing is not working so I need to update to 939 again.

note
I tried restoring from backup via terminal command reset 3cx and locate backup but it did not work still server error after finishing
so I downloaded the latest iso reprogrammed the whole server, clean install and restore the backup.

1 of the servers is now online and steady
another 1 has run for a while maybe 3 hours and suddenly it goes back to server error. this screenshot is the freshly restored server that fails again. Even all services is running.

Have you tried a full reinstall of Debian and then restoring your backup? This has been our solution for this problem.

yes I did, The first server was successfully restored although after restoration I encountered issues such as SSL and license issues but I managed to fix it

The second server same issue SSL and license and I managed to fix it but after a while maybe 3hour suddenly it stopped working again, server error. now I have to reinstall it again. what I notice is this error phone system already exists even though this is a fresh install from USB, the latest download from the 3cx Linux installer

That is a normal error message, if you see that screen, press 1 or 2 to finish the setup.

I believe OP only put that screenshot there to show the specific error message present pre-setup. Also, that message is not present when I spin up a fresh VM. In the screenshot you can see the OP has clearly already pressed 1 as it is displaying the IP address for configuration.

@rockie88 I would try re-downloading your ISO and trying again. I am not seeing this error on a fresh VM with the latest ISO.

OK, after installation of fresh 3cx, I was able to log in to the management console, and now I transfer the backup to a backup folder so I can restore the original system After successfully restoring it worked for a while, and then here again the server error occurred
