Solved Management IPs Locked

Hi All,

I have an issue where my 3cx was self hosted, I backed up the config and went hosted, which removes the option to add management IPs. However, I can only access the management from those IPs still, I guess the setting is deep within a config file somewhere. Does anyone know how I can change it please?

Thanks, I have raised a ticket already. I have an issue at the moment as I am locked out, so if I could have it resolved ASAP that would be great.

@daveking as I can see you have raised a ticket with Hosting 3CX Hosting Team, engineer replied back to you last night with the steps we need to do from our side but then there was no response form your side.
Can you please reply back on the ticket so we can proceed ?
