We have updated the Windows clients to the latest Version.
Now the Manager view shows unusable behaviour:
if a call is waiting in a Queue, where several Queue operaters' phones are ringing simultanously, we see all ringing phones in the top Panel. This was not the case in earlier versions. As there are many phones ringing, you lose the overview comopletly. I it is enough that we see Status Icons blinking in the Extensions panal and in the Queue Panel.
We would like to go back to the earlier Client Version, which was installed by 15.5 phone System. Can we achieve this somehow.
