Managing BLF Buttons - Trigger Desk Phone Reprovision

After a user makes changes to the BLF buttons in the Windows Client in CTI mode, is there a way for them to trigger a reprovision of their desk phone? I currently have them asking me for a reprovision but I was hoping for a way for them to trigger a reprovision themselves.
