Solved Manifest is not a valid JSON

Hello all,
has anybody ever seen this? At least 4 clients this morning found the 3CX extension uninstalled, when they tried to reinstall it this message appeared (sorry it's in spanish)

Edit: it looks like the extension was "broken" and Chrome asked to repair it. Most of the clients resumed to work expect for some with the error in subject

Do you still get this behavior ?
Can you please try it on a Chrome that is configured on English and let us know if you get the same behavior?

I'm afraid I can't replicate it, but I've been able to get hands on a workstation that had the "broken" and therefore disabled extension issue:
